About 45 miles from Dallas, McKinney is a pretty refreshing town where you can take a break from the usual fast-paced city life. Its lush greenery and serene landscaping, along with its tree-lined streets, are just two of the things that make it a great place to visit. There are also several breweries, restaurants, historical sites, and more attraction sites.
But McKinney also boasts something most of us wish for—a high life expectancy. The average lifespan is 82 years, and the city ranks pretty high for factors that boost longevity, including the use of annual checkups (69.3%) and preventive services (34.75%).
