5. Embrace wearing brightly colored clothes
Have you ever had a bad day, and soon after you changed into brightly colored clothes, the sun began to shine a little bit more? Well, colors can boost your energy and make you feel better. Some hues, like blue and green, are usually associated with abundance, new beginnings, and calm. Because they can convey confidence and enjoyment in a person, wearing vibrant colors will also affect how other people see you. Moreover, numerous studies have shown that brighter, more lively clothing is a mood changer and portrays us as more outgoing and involved with the outside world.
If you’ve always liked brightly colored clothes since you were a child, there’s no reason to get rid of them just because you’ve gotten a little older! It’s true that everyone has a somewhat different perspective on how colors appear and what they imply, but in order to be happy and positive, try wearing only the outfits you love!
Don’t mind others who say that red isn’t for seniors; in fact, wear only red clothes if those make you feel powerful and great!
