3. Find a reason to laugh every single day
What is the most common reaction of all the happy people? You can probably guess what it is: laughter. It has been discovered that laughing improves blood flow throughout the body and lowers the risk of heart disease. According to various medical studies, laughing for 15 minutes each day is just as beneficial to your heart as exercising for 30 minutes three times per week. Wow, that’s amazing!
Additionally, the body’s inherent feel-good chemicals, endorphins, are released when someone laughs. Endorphins help people feel better overall and can even momentarily make them less painful. And one interesting thing that I learned from my doctor last year is that our hearts are shielded by laughter.
Every day, look for ways to improve your mood and happiness. So whenever you’re feeling a tad sad or bored, you can watch funny movies or TV shows that you enjoy. This will help you boost your state of mind and distract you for a while from the bad mood.
