Your Boss Is Obsessed With Micromanaging

Micromanaging bosses are everywhere, sadly. They ask for details about every email, call, meeting, or any type of interaction with a customer. This can get exhausting pretty quickly, especially when they check-in every hour.
One way to ‘combat’ this behavior is to fill them in on your tasks yourself. By doing so you’ll skip over the dreaded messages or visits to your desk/ office. It’ll show your boss that you’re trustworthy and hopefully, with time they’ll stop being so needy. When bosses see that employees are on top of things, they generally leave them alone.
