Your Boss Is Mainly Driven by Fear

We’ve previously discussed fear among your coworkers… but your boss could be operating on fear as well. In this case, they may become jumpy or might reject change altogether, relying on tried and true, albeit outdated methods.

Try to always point out the positive, even if it means outright distracting your boss from the negatives. If ‘what if?’ comes up, stay engaged and look happy or entertained by the possibility of a big win.
