17. Washcloths and Dish Towels
You can find washcloths and dish towels at every grocery store. Some of them may be more expensive than others, but you generally can’t beat dollar store prices in this department either.
Even if you get yourself some that aren’t as absorbent as the more expensive variety, you can still use them as cleaning rags. It’s best to separate them into two piles anyway, those who are fit for drying dishes and those you can use for everyday surface cleaning without paying extra.
18. Socks
I wouldn’t normally buy clothes at the dollar store. The quality is questionable and I know they won’t last me long. But one exception to the rule are socks! If you’re the type of person that goes through socks at record-breaking speeds then why pay extra?
The only piece of advice I’ll add is that you should reach for the pairs made with spandex os acrylic as they’re more comfortable. By the way, I’ve found that all of their socks are pretty good, whether you’re buying men’s, women’s or children’s socks.
