A word of advice, however! If you’re interested in buying lights, make sure you only pick up the ones with the Underpsinters Laboratories label, or UL. These items have been tested, so you know they’re safe.
The reason behind this is the fact that most manufacturers that sell cheap lights or electronics may not have up to standard supply chains, so watch out. For any other types of decorations, the sky’s the limit when it comes to dollar store purchases.
6. Storage Containers
Storage containers do not need to be fancy. Their only purpose is to store stuff, from toys to craft supplies to even clothes. You can shove them under your bed, in a closet or a drawer so you don’t have to worry about looking at them, anyway.
Dollar store storage containers are a real steal. You can buy enough to pack your whole house and office at a fraction of the cost. There’s no need to get more expensive ones that are often marketed as sturdier unless you’re planning on shoving them down the stairs or being exceedingly rough with them!
