They Ignore You or Worse, They’re Passive-aggressive

Passive-aggressive bosses often send the wrong signals to their employees. In most cases, we have found that workers would rather get direct criticism so they can work on improving their performance. But flippant comments don’t lead to change, which can further exacerbate this situation.

In the same vein, being ignored can make you feel like your time is wasted around the office. If other coworkers don’t have this same issue, try and figure out how they’re catching your boss’ attention. Watch and learn, then try to apply the same principles.
