Most boomers are now retired or about to retire, so their well-planned 401(k) strategies will finally impact their lives in ways they never even imagined. In fact, some of them might already see the differences.

Members of the baby boomer generation, which is now somewhere in the age range of 59 to 77, tend to have a more realistic view than younger people, especially when it comes to how much to save for retirement and what they will need to contribute to get there.

However, many baby boomers still make some mistakes when it comes to employment, especially with their 401(k)s. If you want to know which are the biggest mistakes and what you should do to correct them, here’s a list:
