The charming city of Baltimore has an outstanding image as a historical and cultural center, but the city is regrettably afflicted by high crime rates. Due to the high rates of poverty and limited access to healthcare, the city also has a poor life expectancy. Sheesh, that sounds bad! We hope you didn’t plan on relocating here for retirement!
