13 Financial Mistakes That Can Ruin You

Lending Too Much Money

When your loved ones fall on hard times they might ask for help, it’s only natural. But this could turn into a financial mistake very quickly. Even if you’re comfortable lending them money, it’s best to discuss the terms of the agreement beforehand. Sit down together and ask how and when they plan on paying you back. If there’s any doubt, ask to be kept up to speed with their plans.
But also, remember that nobody is entitled to your hard-earned money. It’s alright to say no, even though society might deem it wrong or rude. You have to look after yourself first and foremost, then worry about others.
