When bills come through, if you’re able, pay them right away. Even if you think you’ll have enough money to cover them later, it’s simply safer to get them over with as soon as possible. If something does come up and at the end of the month you haven’t paid, or simply forgot, this can lead to more trouble down the line. 
Plus, once you take those worries off your mind, you’ll be better prepared to focus on the next step, then the next. Feeling overwhelmed and wondering where to put your hard-earned money next makes us far more likely to make financial mistakes. After all, that’s what we’re trying to avoid.
