Put your people skills to good use and apply for a customer service representative job, either part-time or full-time. Most of the time you need to have good computer skills, but that depends on the company, so don’t avoid it even if you think you might not have what it takes. Furthermore, a lot of businesses are willing to train you just as they would any entry-level employee in an office.
The truth is, anyone who is willing to help others, is a fast thinker and can talk like a professional over the phone or in a chat window is more than suitable for this work from home position.
We also think working from home could be ideal too since you’ll be avoiding noisy call center rooms altogether. That being said, your home should also be quiet while you’re at work, as distractions can be very disadvantageous.
