PACE: All-Inclusive Dental Care for Dual-Eligible Seniors
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) serves older adults who need comprehensive medical support. This joint Medicare and Medicaid initiative allows seniors to live safely in their communities.
You must be at least 55 years old and meet your state’s nursing facility level of care. Most participants qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, making the program completely free.
Unlike standard Medicare, PACE provides comprehensive dental benefits with zero copayments. Your personal interdisciplinary care team coordinates every visit, including preventive checkups, extractions, and custom dentures.
You can verify whether a PACE center operates in your ZIP code through Medicare.gov. Enrolling solves both transportation hurdles and complex clinical dental needs simultaneously.
