Encanterra
Many people say that Encanterra is one of the few resort communities with restaurants, a golf course, and a spa. Even if Encanterra is an all-ages community, it still has smaller neighborhoods, especially designed for 55- and older seniors.
It is located just outside Phoenix and has two resort pools, a private spa, an event center, and many different restaurants. The community also has an 18-hole golf course with a private view of the San Tan Mountains.
A house here costs somewhere between $228,000 and $392,000. The cheapest home (the one that costs $228,000) is 1,318 square feet, and the most expensive one (the $392,000 one) is 2,726 square feet. Every single house has an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchens.
The Sarasota Bay Club
The famous club in Florida has only one motto: “Living is an art.” That’s probably why there are so many amenities in there, from gardens, pools, and anything else you can imagine that might help residents live “artfully,” from an auditorium to a massage therapy studio, woodworking shop, salon, and even a library.
Needless to say, the community’s dining room also has fine-dining options. There are other amenities, which also include 24-hour concierge service, valet parking, continental breakfast, and housekeeping. A condo here might get you anywhere from $752,000 to over $1 million, as the largest condos have three bedrooms and 2,326 square feet.
