5. Use Alternative Investments

If the stock market isn’t enough for you, it’s time to look at alternate investments. Keep in mind that these are trickier and require a bit more of your time and attention because they may be unregulated, but a smart investor will be able to reap the benefits regardless!
We’re talking boats or buy loans, oil, gold, orange juice, car titles, commission advance loans, live cattle. Whatever you can think of, you best believe there’s a way to invest in it. Sky’s the limit!
