Babysitter or pet sitter

If you feel like caregiving is your calling, these jobs would be great for you. They might even be the most adorable jobs on our list. It is also pretty easy to start a gig like this. We are sure that you have neighbors who need a helping hand from time to time when they have to leave home.

If you want to become a babysitter, you already know what you have to do. Take care of the children while the parents are away. Take them to school or to the park, cook them your special recipe, and so on. We are sure that you will most likely enjoy your time spent with the little ones.

On the other side, there are a lot of people who want to hire a “babysitter” for their pet. This is called a pet sitter. In case you like animals and you would like to take care of them while their owners are not able to do so, this job might be the one for you. Many times, your neighbors don’t even want you to stay all the time with their pets; they may only want you to walk their dog in the morning.

These jobs are flexible, and they are the best option if you don’t want to leave your neighborhood.

I was in Law Enforcement for 30 years, and a Fire Captain for 13 years. Looking for a security officer, armed duty, or loss Prevention for retail business.

I enjoy sitting with the elderly. I have done this in the past. I love hearing about their adventures!!! Giving the family a night out, time to visit friends knowing that their loved one is being taking care of. I do not do over nights.
I love sitting with children also. Give mommy a break!!
    I am 70, retired.

It’s an interesting thought. I am now86 years old, lost my wife last year and feel that I still have some mileage left. My background is ship management, contract management, turbo machinery inspection/repair, development of repair specification, supervision of machinery repairs and things of that nature. Would like to do something that requires some skills and abilities.

I am 80 ( a young 80). My experience is dealing with people all of my life. I would like to get a part-time job either at home or possibly in some retail, or I am a music person so I would be open to that sort of thing. I am currently doing Real Estate part-time but getting tired of the paperwork.
