The Residences at Turner Hill, Massachusetts

Located in Ipswich, Massachusetts, the Residences at Turner Hill are one of the state’s most famous retirement communities, and they are settled in a part of the city that is not going to be subject to all the hustle and bustle of the city center. This retirement community is one that would be best for those who like the traditional look of the Victorian style, as all the houses are styled with this specific period of time in mind.

However, it doesn’t mean that it rejects modernity, as it includes a lot of amenities that are going to wow even the most pretentious of people out there. The highlight of this community is the amazing golf course they have, along with the many fine dining restaurants and a fitness center that boasts all the latest equipment, classes, and amenities, all of which are presented to the retirees that live here by well-trained staff.

The whole 380-acre retirement community is looked over by a condominium association that will attend to all the amenities and places mentioned earlier, and even the guest accommodations overlook the golf course if you happen to have people coming over that are in need of a place to stay.

It is located on the north shore of Massachusetts, so you will be very close to the cultural scene and art galleries that Boston has to offer if you ever need a change of scenery. As you can imagine, this community is perfect for retirement if you are a golf enthusiast or you want to learn how to golf; those who are in love with historical sites, as the whole area is full of old traditions and sights; and those who love the cosmopolitan life, as living here is very similar to resort living.

How much would it cost to make this your retirement choice? Prices start somewhere around $900,000.
