1. They nourish themselves

There are so many things you can do after you turn 60, but the most important thing on the list is to nourish yourself. For many years, it was believed that after age 60, physical decline was unavoidable. However, this is no longer true, which is fantastic news! Although it is normal for our bodies to fluctuate after age 60, choosing the correct foods and activities for your physique can have a huge impact.

Nobody says that you should become a bodybuilder or spend a ton of money on a gym pass. You can start slowly at home because there are so many senior workout sessions on YouTube that are free of charge, and the trainer shows you how to do every movement, and you can pause and repeat as many times as you need to.

And if you seem to think that working out is a “task” that you can’t really complete, the healthy alternative is to take daily walks in your neighborhood. If you have a dog, this will definitely make you happy! This takes us to the next point of the article, which you can see by clicking on the next page.
