We couldn’t include it in our list Sleepy Hollow, which we have to admit is a major win for the Hudson Valley. Home to the Headless Horseman, this small town was named the second-safest place in New York State.
Located in Westchester County on the eastern side of the Hudson River, those who hear about Sleepy Hollow may think of a scary movie. But don’t worry; there’s nothing scary about this lovely small town.
In fact, this place has zero rates of property and violent crime, making it a safe and secure environment, so there’s nothing to worry about here! Moreover, Sleepy Hollow is home to plenty of parks and green space, and the charming atmosphere and historic architecture will make you fall in love with it.
