4. Private Event Host and Coordinator Assistant
Wineries and breweries frequently host private weddings, retirement parties, corporate retreats, and anniversary dinners. Event hosts assist with setting up tasting stations, greeting party guests, coordinating with caterers, and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
This job works exceptionally well if you prefer project-based work rather than a fixed weekly schedule. You might work two six-hour shifts during a busy weekend and then take the following week completely off. Event staff often benefit from pooled gratuities or service fees included in large event contracts.
