With all the sunshine and the tax benefits, be sure that you can find many retirees in Florida. This is a fabulous opportunity to make new friends who have the same mindset as you.
West Palm Beach or Watermark can let you explore the laid-back lifestyle of the communities that are 55 and older, but if you want to be part of a mixed community with people of all ages, you can search for many other master-planned communities that can offer you this.
If you want something more luxurious, you can try the Aria in the Venice or Lakewood Ranch communities. Here you can find golf courses, clubhouses, and swimming pools. Live the life you’ve always wanted!
But you don’t have to live in a retirement community in order to make friends. Most retirees live in single-family homes or condo buildings. Be sure you can find a friendly and welcoming community in every neighborhood.
