I don’t know about you, but I loved every single Barbie doll I could get my hands on, and my kids were crazy for it too. Guess that this Barbie doll passion runs in the family.

Nowadays, there are so many Barbie dolls that it’s impossible to keep up with all of them. They have red hair, brown hair, honey hair, curly or straight hair, many different body shapes and heights, with or without accessories, and so many other details.

However, at the end of the ’50s and the beginning of the ’60s, there was only one Barbie doll that was important: the original one. If you have one and don’t plan on keeping it, you could sell it for — brace yourself — $25,000. That will surely make you a rich retiree!
