5. Victorian dollhouse
I don’t know why, but when I was younger, little girls fantasized about dollhouses, especially Victorian mansions. I didn’t have one, although I wished to, but if your children had one, you could sell it and make a profit.
In 1995, Playmobil released a dollhouse that everyone went crazy for: girls were begging their parents to get them one and would play with it and their dolls, which now had a home, all day long. It seems that this attraction toward Victorian dollhouses didn’t go anywhere, because collectors are willing to pay more than $1000 for one, so you might be lucky.
