Missouri

The Show Me Green Sales Tax Holiday takes place from April 19th to April 25th which encourages people to be mindful of their energy consumption. Keep in mind that the exemption is limited to qualifying energy star certified new appliances, up to $1,500 per appliance such as clothes washers, dryers, dishwashers, air conditioners, freezers, etc.

In addition, shop for school supplies between August 7th and August 9th. Clothes less than $100, school supplies up to $50, $150 for graphing calculators, and $350 for computer software are included. If you also need to buy a personal computer then the limit goes up to $1,500.

The Missouri Department of Revenue will have more information, lists, and a neat little FAQ section for all your needs!
