Getting up Every Morning Is a Constant Struggle

Some workers are just not attuned to figuring out if their bosses are terrible or not. In some cases, and we’re sorry to say, it may be due to constant gaslighting. Also, if you’ve never really had an experience with a great leader then it’s no wonder you can’t separate the bad from the good.
But that dreadful feeling in the morning, the need to stay in bed just a little bit longer so you can avoid work? Those are tell-tale signs that you’re working for someone awful. If your every morning is soiled with such struggles ask yourself if your relationship with your boss is worth salvaging or if it’s time to move on to greener pastures.
